Diaper Bomber ("the Game", "we", "us") is a free web game run by [OWNER NAME / COMPANY], [POSTAL ADDRESS]. It is paid for by advertising. This page explains, in plain words, what information is involved when you play and what choices you have.
The short version
- You don't need an account. We don't ask for your name, email or age to play.
- Your game progress and settings stay on your own device (browser storage).
- Ads are shown by Google and, when the game runs on a game portal, by that portal's ad partners. They may use cookies or similar technologies.
- Unless you choose "Accept personalised ads", we ask ad partners for non-personalised ads only.
- Because children may play, we treat ad requests as child-directed by default.
1. Information stored on your device
The Game saves things like high scores, sound on/off and your ad-consent choice in your browser's local storage. This stays on your device; we do not receive it. You can delete it any time by clearing your browser's site data. If you install the Game to your home screen, a "service worker" stores the game files so it can run offline.
2. Server logs
Like every website, our web server receives standard technical information when your browser loads a page (IP address, browser type, the page requested, date and time). We use it only to keep the site running and secure, and keep it for no longer than [e.g. 30 days].
3. Advertising and cookies
We use Google AdSense / Google H5 Games Ads to show ads between levels, optional "watch an ad for a reward" videos and a banner on menus. Google and its partners may use cookies, device identifiers and similar technologies to show ads, limit how often you see the same ad, measure ad performance and prevent fraud. If you play Diaper Bomber on a game portal such as CrazyGames or Poki, ads are served by that portal under its privacy policy and consent tools, and our own consent banner is not shown.

4. Your ad choices (consent)
When real ads are enabled, the first time you play we ask whether ad partners may show personalised ads (ads based on your interests). If you reject or don't answer, we request non-personalised ads only; those still use cookies for things like frequency capping and fraud prevention, but not to build an interest profile. You can change your mind at any time:

5. Children
Diaper Bomber is a cartoon game suitable for all ages, so we assume some players are under 13 (or under the age of digital consent where you live). We therefore:
- do not ask for or knowingly collect personal information from children;
- tag ad requests as child-directed and non-personalised unless a grown-up accepts personalised ads, in line with the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and child-privacy rules in the EU and UK;
- have no chat, user profiles or social features inside the game.
Parents and guardians: if you think your child has given us personal information, email contact@diaperbomber.example and we will delete it.
6. Your rights (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and similar laws)
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or get a copy of personal data about you, to object to or restrict its use, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your data protection authority. Our legal bases are consent (personalised ads) and legitimate interests (running a secure site and non-personalised ads).
California residents: we do not sell personal information for money. Personalised advertising may count as "sharing" under California law; choosing "Reject personalised ads" (or never accepting) opts you out, and we honour Global Privacy Control signals the same way. We do not knowingly sell or share data of consumers under 16.
Because we hold almost no personal data ourselves, most requests are best directed to the ad partner concerned; we will help you do that. Contact us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days.
7. International transfers
Our hosting and ad partners may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States, using safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
8. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Big changes will be highlighted on the Game's pages.
